What originally motivated you to reach out to Jeff Palmer? Please provide some details of your situation.
Having consults that want to get work but not understanding the consequences or severity of the condition. Collections down. A lot of time spent on exams & consults that did not result in production.
Why did you decide to choose me?
Because I truly trust whatever Dr. Garg says and I needed a course on selling and closing cases. My dad said I needed to learn how to close cases.
What benefits or results did you gain as a result of working with me so far?
Closing cases in general is solved. All types of cases. I like that I do not spend so much time on a consult. Consults are something I look forward to instead of something I dread. I like that I don’t spend so much time on a consult now and I can devote time to doing other things in the practice.
Presenting, show tell ask, making sure I don’t skip show. Making sure I discuss the payment options. Manage by stats to see how it’s being run, using the intercom. The referrals you give work out well. The insurance lady has been great. Call force has been great too!
Please describe to two most significant improvements you have enjoyed as a result of working with me so far?
- A lot more confidence in education patients on treatment and expecting them to want to accept the work.
- Organized, less chaotic than before.
How did I contribute you your achieving that outcome?
The course was extremely helpful. The role playing was effective and you being able to listen to the way that I talk. Hearing me and using the chart that show all the different diagnosis and how to present it to patients has been successful. The coaching ,coming to the office, looking at the office and seeing what we are doing and give us suggestions. A fresh set of thinking.
Please describe why you feel working with me is a success?
I signed up and was not very expensive. My goal was to close more cases and that was surpassed. I did not expect in office coaching and to make suggestions that we are using every day. That was surpassed.
How do you feel as a result of the improvements and benefits you have received?
I can focus on other things in my office, instead of being stressed or bogged down trying to spend an hour selling a treatment plan. I can think of other things besides how to sell.
In your opinion, who would most benefit from working with me?
Any dentist that has to present prosthodontics, removable or implants. Most dentists paying to go to courses to learn how to do advanced procedures would benefit.
What would you say to someone who is thinking about working with me?
You will get your value back with the first few minutes of the course. I would recommend the in office coaching that helped the entire office instead of me trying to bring it back myself.
